Hello WIMA Family!
Wanted to update you all on a few changes to our policies.
1- We are now offering 3 make-up classes during our winter semesters (1 for every 6 lessons purchased), instead of 2 as we have in the past.
2- Payments made by credit card at our West Island location are now automated. This means they are drawn at the beginning of each month by our software.
3- Make-up classes will expire after 6 months, instead of within the active semester (2-5 months) where the classes were missed. If a student has not booked a make-up within this time, the lesson will not be credited. This will provide students with more flexibility in scheduling make-ups.
